Subject:                                         8-26-26 THOUGHTS

 

Our high priest knows who we are and is able to see our weaknesses.  Heb 4:15  No wonder God appointed Him as the one to intercede for us!  Our identity as one with Christ, brethren, is wonderful to think about.  Think for a time about God's plan to save us as you read the words below.  What wonderful love and grace is there!  

Heb 2:9-11    But we do see Him who was made for a little while lower than the angels, namely, Jesus, because of the suffering of death crowned with glory and honor, so that by the grace of God He might taste death for everyone.  10   For it was fitting for Him, for whom are all things, and through whom are all things, in bringing many sons to glory, to perfect the author of their salvation through sufferings.  11  For both He who sanctifies and those who are sanctified are all from one Father; for which reason He is not ashamed to call them brethren,

Our Prayer:
Thank You Lord God for such love and grace and favor.  You have adopted us as Your children in Christ Jesus.  We praise and lift up Your great name.  You are an awesome God!  What was fitting for Jesus, has brought glory to us.  We praise You Jehovah, the only true and living God.
